STEPS
INGREDIENTS

Grate a good pile of Parmesan

Cut the salmon slices in thin strips/squares

Add cream to pan on a medium heat (don't let it boil!!!)

The cream will start to bubble around the edges

Add the salmon to the cream

Season with salt and pepper to taste

The heat of the cream will start to cook the salmon (still don't let it boil!!!!)

Salmon will change colour showing it is cooking well!

At this point start to cook your tagliatelle, add to boiling water but be careful to keep it on a simmer whilst cooking to ensure it allows the pasta to heat through well

Add the parmesan to the cream and salmon and mix in, heat until the cheese melts and it becomes thick and it's done!

Serve up the tagliaelle

Pour the sauce evenly on the tagliatelle, add lemon juice and Parmesan to taste and enjoy!
