Shred, slice, grate, or chop all "solid" ingredients. Save "liquid ingredients" for later. Place into a camp frypan with a TBLSP of Oil added first to coat base

Then place your frypan on your wood BBQ/Stove

Flip portions of mixture constantly till cooked

Mix remaining ingredients in a jug and swirl just to break egg yolks
Pour over potato pie and lightly stir. Serve as soon as egg is cooked :)
