first, we start by cooking up some yummy bacon (no, not the maple kind.) we cut the bacon in half before cooking, to fit the sandwiches.
try not to *nom* the bacon yumminess until brinner is served... =)
next, we prepare the ready-to-bake biscuits according to the directions on the package.
we emptied the bag of hash browns into a frying pan, and prepared them according to the directions on the bag.
slice the cheddar cheese.
while the bacon is simmering and the biscuits are baking - we prepared the eggs. we like ours scrambled, but you can also cook them over easy.
we found this "roundy egg" at Vons! it helps to keep the scrambled egg contained so that it fits on the sandwich. if you're not sold on corny kitchen gadgets, cookie cutters will work.
stack the cheddar cheese slices on top of the egg, that is stacked on top of the biscuit - place on a cookie sheet and place in the broiler until cheese is melted.
put together your sandwich (bacon, eggs, cheese, and biscuits.) serve with hash browns...
