Gather your supplies
Thaw your spinach and squeeze well. Set aside for later.
Add your feta, Parmesan, ricotta, pepper, and dried dill to your egg in the large bowl.
Mix thoroughly. This is what it should look like.
Preheat your oven to 180° C
Grease your muffin pan and cut your pastry sheets into quarters
Fill each pastry. Place in oven for 15-20 until golden brown, and when a knife/skewer is inserted into the middle it comes out clean.

- 12.0 Sheets of pastry (puff or filo)
- 2.0 Onions ( Finely Chopped)
- Oil or butter ( for sautéing onions)

- 500.0g Ricotta Cheese
- 800.0g Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 2.0Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2.0tsp Pepper
- 1.0tsp Dried dill
