I used lil hens for the meat, done on my previous guide... you can use any chicken you have home ... take the meat out of the bones.. .. midle side pieces are better..
some of the chicken parts will be use as side on the dish
prebroil rice and chicken stock are the secret
onios, garlic, celery some ham and the chicken will be cut in midium sice pieces
this is food coloring
heat the pan.. add some oil and stir te onions celery and garlic .. add the chicken rice and ham... some green peas and stir...add the chicken broth... no salt ham and broth has plenty... cover well
in 15 minutes your rice will be done... enjoy
