Starting position. Relax your hand but hold the baton securely.

Swoop your hand to the left. Make sure the motion is fluid and natural.

Swoop your hand to the left. Make sure the motion is fluid and natural.

Swoop your hand to the right, again with a fluid motion.

Swoop your hand to the right, again with a fluid motion.

Swoop your hand up and slightly to the left so that it is vertically above your starting position. Make a downward motion to starting position and repeat the process.
