Start in full press-up position. On the shout of 'go', participant should carry out as many full press-ups as possible within a minute. The time is monitored by the assessor who also counts
An adapted version of this test can be for you to drop your knees on to the mat. Note the shoulder/elbow angle on both pictures that you should aim to achieve each time.
At the end of the minute you can compare your score to the normative data tables.
