Login to Eduphoria; Go to Workshop; Click on "My Potfolio"; Click on the course you are completing the survey for

Click on the survey tab.

Click on the survey tab.

Complete the survey and click "Submit Survey"

After completing the survey, the survey tab will display, "Survey has been submitted"
