Colour in the shoes with black.do two line one in blue the other in red. Colour in the skin yellow and the the shorts legs in a brown

Next do the to half os the shorts in brown too .

In orange or red colour in the freckles and the tie.

Colour in the arms with yellow

Colour in the eyes like this

Fill in the circles (green) and start to colour the body in.
