How to clean your microwave

Wet your wash cloth or sponge; ring out just enough water so it's not dripping but it is still soaking wet.

Put soaking wet wash cloth in microwave (The paint pealing in this microwave from using chemicals then I learned this trick)

"Cook" for 30-45 seconds. You want the evaporated water to loosen the food and heat you wash cloth or sponge up. The food will just wipe off.
