How to clean your clarinet unrofessionally

I am NOT a professional. DO NOT take your clarinet apart. This is the way my band teacher told me to clean my clarinet this way. Please be careful doing this. Have fun. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😃😃😃😃😃😃

Have rolled dollar bill and top joint of clarinet. You can start anywhere but this part is easier to start at first.

Put the rolled dollar bill in the clarinet hole so you can clean the inside.

Now you will twist the rolled dollar bill inside so you may clean the hole.

Now check to see if it is clean enough for you and if it is move on to the other holes and repeat these steps until all the holes are clean to where you want them.

Now u role your dollar so that way you may clean the creases of the clarinet.

This is what the dollar looks like when it should be unrolled.

I'm starting with the bottom joint this time. Because it is easier to clean.

When you are looking at this joint on the right side. The highest straight button, but the dollar in between there.

This is what it should look like. When the dollar is in there.

Now rub up and down add minimal pressure to both sides. And look to see if it is clean enough for you then move on.

Repeat this step wherever the dollar can fit but be very careful doing this. You don't to break your baby. 😃😃😃😃😃. If you can't tell I really love my clarinet so be careful cleaning. ❤️
