How to clean off shellac nail polish at home

Take some cotton balls, tear up into ten pieces and soak with acetone.

Use 100%acetone. Not just normal nail polish remover.

Tear some foil into ten slices.

Wrap cotton ball around shellac nail..

Take foil and start to wrap it around your finger tip

Fold the end so the acetone doesn't escape from the cotton ball

Keep wrapping

As such

Repeat on all fingera

Wait about ten minutes and check to see if the polish began to lift from your nail

It will start to break down and peel off

You can start scraping off the loose polish

Scrape off

If some polish is still stuck just put the foil cap back on for a few minutes

Scrape all nail polish off

Take a acetone cotton ball and wipe away any left over polish

And viola! Clean slate! File and buff to liking. Enjoy!
