How to clean a pomegranate

Nice pomegranate, but can create a mess while cleaning.

Get a deep bowl and fill it with water, so you can submerge a pomegranate in it

Cut fruit in quarters.

Submerge quarter under water and using rolling motion with the thumb separate seeds from the core. Do it under water to avoid being sprayed by juices

Do it for all quarters. Seeds now are at the bottom of the bowl, white stuff is floating on top. Remove the white peels, drain the seeds.

Store the seeds in glass container in the fridge.
