INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 375'. Grease your 8 x 8 pan. Cut your day old bread into 1" cubes. Lay in greased pan.

Place raspberries, raspberry jam/preserve, and chocolate chips over cubes bread. *I used homemade strawberry jam I had in the fridge*

Whisk together egg, vanilla , sugar and half & half. Place remaining raspberries, preserve, and chocolate chips on top of dish. *I doubled this part of recipe because the bread cubes looked dry. *

Place deliciousness in oven and bake 20-25 minutes. Once completed let cool 10 minutes before serving. YUM! This could be served warm or cold. Serve with whip cream or ice cream OR just straight up.

  • Handful chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup half & half
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 -8" x 8" pan
  • 1-package raspberries
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam or preserve
  • 2 slices day old bread, cut into 1" cubes
