Mix all ingredients for cake whip good I did in this order...

I cut the top off to make it flat

Melt choc, milk, and shortening in a pan on med heat

Ice bowl

Take off heat and add to ice bowl

Just the right amount of frosting. take a toothpick and pop the bubbles to give it a smooth look.
