INGREDIENTS

Add dry ingredients first, Sift the flour, add in the baking powder and salt. Then mix gently

In another bowl, add the wet ingredients together with the sugars, vanilla extract, beaten eggs, rum, nutmeg, and stir gently.

Combine the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients but gradually adding the flour. Mix together

Then Separate into two bowls the mixture in half and add the pecans in one bowl then the breakup chocolate in the other bowl. Fold them in the mixture

grease baking dish with oil and then add then scoop into ball using either a spoon or ice- cream scoop. Bake: 350, 15 to 20 minutes

  • 1/2c Flour (Sifted)
  • 1/4tsp Salt and Baking Powder
  • 2.0Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4tsp Nutmeg (Optional)
  • 2.0 eggs
  • 1/4tsp Rum (Optional)
  • 1.0c Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2c Brown Sugar
  • 1.0c Pecans (Chopped Medium size)
  • 1/2c Chocolate (Any kind) (Break it up)
  • 2.0Tbsp Oil for the baking dish
