Ya, First of all everyone of you is thinking "I know how to chillax, I do not need to look at this guide." This is personally how i Chillax.

Tip 1: If you wanna be refreshed or reliefed, take any cold juice such like Ice Teas.

Tip 2: If your doing a lot of things like doing homeworks like me, stop for a minute and think what you have done great today or HAVE A BREAK, HAVE A KITKAT.

Tip 3: If you are so stressed because of dealing with something, entertain yourself like watching TV or playing with someone or something.
