Go to the Settings app on your homescreen

Go to the Settings app on your homescreen

Within Settings, go to Cellular Data

Within Settings, go to Cellular Data

In Cellular Data, tap on APN Settings

In Cellular Data, tap on APN Settings

Under APN Settings, enter etd1.sita for APN. Leave Username and Password blank. Tap the Cellular Data button at the top to go back

Finally go back to the homescreen and turn the iPad off by holding down the Sleep/Wake button and then Slide to power off

Turn the iPad back on using the Sleep/Wake button and you will be connected to a 3G network
