Get some scissors I am using the pink ones they are regular scissors

Pin the shirt at were you want it I wanted it the have a bit of sleeve

Take one

And carefully start cutting strips

Then pull them

Make knots at the very top

Take 1 and 3 and knot them

Continue all the way around

And then just do knots

Then the other

Tada I totally love this shirt now but i want to do something about the front and I have no idea what to do so if you have any ideas they would be great thanks
