How to capture a pose from a video saved in an iphone

First select the video from which you want to capture a pose...

Pause the video at the pose you wanted to capture

Then press the home and sleep button at the same time...note that i have turned my cell across to give you a complete pic

Go to the camera roll and you can find your picture captured from the video
