How to calibrate the probe in an alto-shaam combi oven

Ice water to check temp.

Start at the home screen on your CT control

Press the button with the tools

Stick the probe into the ice water, stir and wait until the temp settles

This will show you the probe temperature

Use the - or + button to adjust to 32F (0C).

Now the probe is calibrated

Press the back arrow to leave calibration mode.
