Step 1: Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart with your knees bent.
Step 2: Put your arms out straight in front of you with knees bent. Now put your four fingers perpendicular to each other and put your thumbs parallel to each other. No loose fingers!
Step 3: Drop your shoulders and move your hands to hit the target. Do not move your whole body. Swing!
