How to brush your teeth

Brush Your Teeth

6
STEPS
TOOLS

Firstly, unscrew cap off toothpaste. Gently squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto toothbrush bristles. Then screw the cap of the toothpaste back on.

Next, turn the cold water tap on and wet the toothbrush bristles. Then turn the tap off.

Next, open your mouth with gritted teeth. Put the bristles facing your teeth and start the front couple of teeth doing circular movements that are brushing against your teeth. Spend 20 secs doing it.

Then do the same movements on the sides of the inside of your cheeks. Spend 20 secs brushing each side.

Next, take the brush out of your mouth and open your mouth wide but not too wide that your mouth hurts.

Next, starting on the right side at the back of your lower jaw, do small circular movements foward and back around to the left side of your jaw. Do 30 secs on it.

Then do the exact same thing as stage 6 but on the upper jaw.

Next, spit all the toothpaste that's in your mouth into the sink and turn the tap on to rinse the sink clean. Using scooped hands, collect some water to splash in your mouth. (Go to next step).

Keep on doing it until your mouth is fully clean. While the tap is still on, wet the bristles of the toothbrush. Then turn the tap off.

Finally, dry your mouth and hands on a towel. Pack away the toothbrush and toothpaste back to where you got it from.
