Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

Add the egg and vanilla in small bowl.

Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. The dough balls should be about the size of a golf ball.

Bake at 325 for 12 minutes.

We melted some chocolate chips and frosted the cookies.

The frosting is half cup chocolate chips and and about one fourth cup milk. Melt the chips and frost the cookies.

  • 1.0c White or chocolate chips
