How to braid a 6 strand bracelet.

Gather supplies.

Cut 6 strips.

Line them up.

Place on crimp cap.

Line up pliers and crimp.

Straiten out your strips.

Divide into 2 parts. 3 on each side.

Going from the left to the right. We are going to call the left 3 (A) and the right 3 (B). So the left 3 are 1A, 2A, and 3A & the right 3 are 1B, 2B, and 3B. Ok let's get started.

On side A take 2A and put it over 1A.

Put 1A over 3A.

On side B take 3B and put it over 2B.

Put 1B over 3B.

Now put 3B over 1A and pull tight.

So now we are going to start over.Going from the left to the right. We are going to call the left 3 (A) and the right 3 (B).

So the left 3 are 1A, 2A, and 3A & the right 3 are 1B, 2B, and 3B. Ok let's get started.

Put 2A over 1A.

Put 1A over 3A.

Put 3B over 2B.

Put 1B over 3B.

Now put 3B over 1A.

Repeat over and over until you get your desired length. It should look like this.

Cut and repeat steps 3-5.

Add on loop and toggle.

And you're done. You now have a new hand braided bracelet to give to a friend or to keep.

You can also add some chain and other embellishments.
