Put the in a cooking pot. Cover wit tap water, and bring to a boil on a medium heat. Boil for one minute. Then directly strain and put tap cold water

The egg shell will break into small mosaic like peices. Start peeling from the wide side of the egg. It has an empty part that makes it easier to peel without touching the inside boiled egg.
