How to blue fairy/sprite makeup

This was from a suggestion and it is intended for parties.

Use a 3 tone blue palette

Medium across the lid

Start blending the darkest shade into the crease

Use the lightest shade on the inner eyelid

Use blue eyeliner and make a flick.

Extend your flick down the bottom lash line as shown

Heavily apply 2-3coats mascara. You can use fairy false lashes for optimum effect

I did the eye makeup only. I would use a sparkly lipstick and blush.
