How to block a crocheted afghan

Spread the afghan on a flat surface you can pin it to. A bed or a sofa will work.

Pin the edges of the afghan all around stretching the afghan slightly.

Spray the afghan with some water. Do not soak it too much just enough to make it malleable.

Leave to dry for 12h then remove the pins

Enjoy your afghan. It's now ready to use or have appliqués sewn on it.
