How to blend low-tech with high-tech

My situation was somewhat unusual but I can imagine others like this. Our son and family live in Lima, Peru and they wanted to see a particular cable TV program from the USA that they could not view.

They were on an episode of a show that showcases the homes that people select in foreign countries. Very interesting show! How did they see it when it was broadcast in the USA? Check it out.

We placed the iPAD on the appropriate ring of the ladder to view the screen on the TV on the wall which you don't fully see in this photo. It's on the right.

We then connected via FaceTime and adjusted the sound level and picture as necessary. Worked great! Hope this is of value to you.
