Check out all the good vegetarian items.Fruits and vegetables are a great start.You can find veggie patties, hot dogs, and lunch meat slices in most large supermarkets.
If you eat out start choosing vegetarian restaurants. If that isn't an option check out the veggie meals from restaurants that do serve meat.
If you really feel like taking this step, think about becoming a vegan.
