If you click on options it will give you the option to make your account private so that only people that you let can see your posts
if someone upsets you you can click on the report a problem button and they will sort it out
If someone is repeatedly being mean to you you can press the the block button and they wont be able to talk to you
If you have a public account everyone that has Instagram can follow you so do not post any personal information
you can have Instagram on apple and android phones
