Be a Morning Person

One tip is to put your phone on the other side of the room. If you have your phone right next to you, I can bet you'll be tempted to hit the snooze button over and over and over.

The night before, keep a mental note of what you'll do in the morning. Being more organized keeps me much less stressed and makes me feel like I know exactly what I'm doing.

Lay out your morning supplies on your get ready space. Rushing around yelling, "Where's my brush?!" Or "Where's my socks?!" is not what you want. Seeing you are organized is good.

Remain optimistic. Thinking," Oh my gosh. I hate life right now. I never want to leave my bed... Just 5 more minutes." is not the way to go. Thinking, " It's a great new day and I love it!" Is a YES!

Wake up to your favorite song. We all hate waking up to a repetitive beeping noise. Waking up to your jam will definitely encourage you to jump out of bed and dance!

During the summer months it's good to eat breakfast outside. Eating outside will give you the opportunity to watch the sunrise, breath in the cool morning air, and eat a good healthy meal.

Remind yourself that there is no use in staying in bed checking social media and going back to sleep. The adventures start when you move yourself out of your bed and live life.

Find all that is outside bed!!
