KICKING THE BALL PROPERLY
1: Stand about 5 steps away from the ball.
2: Walk up to the ball and gradually build up to a jog.
3: Bring your leg back, ready to kick the ball.
4: Hit the ball with the side of your foot with power and watch it fly.
1: Put your foot on the ball and roll it backwards.
2: Lob the ball up in the air.
3: Let the ball lift up for a second.
4: Catch it with your left foot and kick it back in the air. Continue...
AROUND THE WORLD P.S. This is not a very easy skill, so you will need to practice this move A LOT.
1: Lob the ball up just like is shown in the first juggling step.
2: Flick your foot to the left.
3: Get your foot over the ball.
4: Quickly move your foot to the right of the ball and...
5: Catch the ball.
HITTING A TARGET
1: Choose your target and get your target set where you want it.
2: Get set up to kick the ball, about 5 steps away from the ball.
3: Approach the ball, walking into a jog.
4: Move your leg back to ready for kicking the ball.
5: Kick the ball.
6: Try hit the target.
