How to barbecue salmon
A quick and easy salmon meal. Salmon is great for heart, brain, muscle and nerve health--credit the Omega-3 fatty acids it provides.

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat your broiler. Meanwhile, Gather your ingredients.
Chop one green onion.
Place aluminum foil on baking sheet and spray with a nonstick cooking oil. Arrange your fillets on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on top rack--about six inches from broiler. Broil about 3 mins.
Mix barbecue sauce and chopped green onion.
Remove salmon and brush with barbecue sauce.
Place back under broiler another 3-4mins or until salmon is white on the sides and flaky. The white is the fat of the salmon bubbling out.
Plate and serve.
I chose to eat my barbecue salmon on a bed of brown rice for dinner. Also great to eat atop a fresh mixed-greens salad. Enjoy! Thanks for visiting.
