Preheat oven to 425. Put wire rack in a coolie sheet and spray with a non-stick spray.

Dip each Zuchinni slice in the milk, coat with dry mixture, and lay on the rack.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until browned. Enjoy!!

  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut diagonally, 1/4" thick
  • Milk to use as wash
