I like to layer my sliced mushrooms on top because I like then slightly cooked

Apply egg on top layer. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook eggs in oven for desired texture. As shown: I like my eggs slightly on the cooked side so was baked for 18 mins on 190 degree Celsius

Serve all at once. I made a few extras without eggs for serving sides.
