Slice onions, garlic and potato using a vegetable slicer.
I like to use this slicer, it makes things much easier!
Heat up some olive oil (Low heat) and melt a cube of chicken stock in a saucepan and stir for a minute or two. When the stock has melted, stop.
Take some of the olive oil mix and spread it on a ceramic casserole. Just like this picture. The start assorting the potato slices.
Take some onion rings and assort them over the potatoes.
Lay the four chicken breasts over the onions. I dropped some spring onions as you can see =)
Pour some of the olive oil mix over the chicken breasts.
Add some more onion rings, garlic slices, spring onions and some asparagus over the chicken breasts.
Add the broccolis too and then pour whatever is left from that olive oil mix and sprinkle some apple cider vinegar. Don't forget to preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius.
Bake it in the over for 30 minutes. Then bring the casserole out. With an oven glove pour the mixture from the casserole on a measuring jug then pour it on the chicken again. Bake for 45 minutes.
When the chicken is golden brown and cooked remove from the oven and serve. Bon apetit!
