INGREDIENTS
Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line your pan (preferably 7 by 11) with parchment paper. Note: It's best to follow this recipe exactly.

Chop nuts coarsely in the food processor. Then place in a large mixing bowl.

Grind 1 1/3 cups of this sweetener until it's very fine.

Like so.

Add the shredded coconut to the food processor

Add these ingredients to the processor.

Like so.

Then place them into your mixing bowl. Mix again with the nuts

Place in the empty food processor the remaining 2 2/3 cups of Erythritol. And grind to a fine powder. Add the warm water through the hole until the sweetener looks like this.

Add all of these ingredients into your sugar water mixture until well mixed.

Pour your wet ingredients into the dry mixture

Pour evenly into your pan

Put into the oven for 28 minutes

Once you take it out it will be very gooey. It will cook within the pan..Let it cool for 2 hours.

VoilĂ ! Mine were very gooey so I had to put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

They are very fudge like. Enjoy!
- 1/2c Walnuts or pecans
- 4.0c Organic zero Erythritol
- 1.0c Un-sweetened coconut flakes
- 3/4c Pure cacao powder
- 1.0Tbsp Roasted carob powder (opt)
- 1/2tsp Coffee powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Baking powder
- 1/2c Warm Water
- 3.0 Large eggs
- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2c Roasted almond butter
- 1/3c Coconut oil
