Get your ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sugars, Tapioca flour, oil, and milk. Mix by hand for 2 minutes. Put your muscle into so that it resembles a soft caramel.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
Add a cup of the flour mixture to the brown sugar mixture and mix well. Slowly add the rest of the flour mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips. The mix is somewhat greasy so the chips will slide around.
The dough should look like this when mixed well.
Roll dough into small balls and press down just a little. They will spread some while baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes. They will be light in color.
Let cool for 10 minutes.

- 1/4c Almond Milk
