Required ingredients
Add baking soda half teaspoon
In 3 cups of flours add 2 teaspoon of baking soda
Add 1/4 of cardamom crushed in flour
Swift together all dry ingredients to mix them nicely
Separate 3 egg yolks and egg whites
Add 1 cup of sugar in egg yolks
Add 1 cup of original ghee or melted butter
Beat them together until creamy
Add 4 tbsp of condense milk and beat well
Add 4 tbsp of semolina
Mix the mixture and Knead the dough. Start making small balls
Shape them into small round balls and place them on baking tray with baking paper or parchment paper , after placing press your thumb gently to get the desire shape
Brush the biscuits with egg white and place them into preheated oven 180* and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the toot pick comes out clean
To get a golden color put the biscuits back in oven this time switch on the upper stove and bake for 5 minutes or until the golden color appears, try to sit alert at this time cox you only need color
My dad wanted coconut biscuits so after baking simple NAN KHATAI (traditional biscuits) I added crushed coconut powder 1/2 cup in the reaming dough. So in same receipt I'm having two different flavor
Adding 1/2 cup crushed coconut in remaining dough
Mix the dough well
Tadaaaa :) Again follow the same sequence round balls , press lil from your thumb and apply egg white and place the tray I'm oven for again 10, 15 minutes. Hit <3 and enjoy fill your jars
