Now place on a floured. Surface and leave for about 20 minutes.

Gently roll out your dough to about 1.5 inches, Use a pastry cutter or round glass dipped in flour to cut out your scones. place on a baking tray & leave for about 15 minutes.

Lightly brush the scones with beaten egg or milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar to give a delicious sugary crunch.
