The ingredients

Salt, baking powder and vanilla extract

Beat eggs+sugar until doubled in size


Add vanilla

Add melted butter

Over the flour, Add baking powder

Add salt

Egg butter mixture is ready

Sift the flour mixture over the egg-sugar-butter mixture


Fold in the flour

Add milk all or one part. The batter has to be loose but not runny



Add the sliced apples and mix delicately until all the apples are coated


Put in the prepared springform pan. Buttered and floured. A parchment paper is preferable

Level with a spatula or with the back of a spoon.

Bake 1:15 hr in a preheated oven 160C
