Once you're done with the eggs, sieve two teaspoons baking powder over it. Then sieve the 200 gr. raising flower on top! It's very important that you sieve!!

Add salt and mix the whole thing!

Then separate it into two bowls. One is for the chocolate and the other one is for the vanilla.

Add two teaspoons at the left bowl and SIEVE two tablespoons cacao powder in the other bowl!

Start mixing with the vanilla dough!

IMPORTANT: flip the cacao powder in the dough! When everything is a bit mixed up you can use the mixer! If you don't flip everything together you get an explosion of cacao powder in your kitchen.

You can mix now :)

When everything is mixed you can put it into the cake shape. I put the cacao under the vanilla, but you can do it however you like :)

This is an optional thing to give your cake a nice twist! But it's a bit hard to explain i will make a little clip for you!

Theory: take one table spoon, put it all the way to the bottom of your cake. Twist a bit and pull it up again. It will have a great effect on your cake!!

Before putting it in the oven you have to take a knife and draw a line at the top of your cake. It looks nicer when the cake is done.

Put your cake in the oven. It variates how long and wich temperature. Every oven is different! Mine 50 minutes on 180 degrees. Only heat from below. Because upper heat will burn my cake.

You can check after a half hour with a thin knife or whatever is thin and long. Don't open your oven too much! It will ruin your cake! When your knife comes clean out of the cake the cake is done!!

End result! DELICIOUS!!!!!

If you have any questions about the guide you can ask me! Hope your cake will be better than any cake you've ever made!!! <3 Goodluck :) xoxo Cecile
