Preheat oven to 385 degrees
Gather your ingredients!
Scrub, wash and dry your potato!
Cut potato into 1 inch thick slices (the thinner the cut = the crispier the fries) don't make these too thin or they'll burn in the oven!
Toss in olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili powder together
Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty and coat the slices thoroughly!
Line a baking tray with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Place slices onto tray and stick it into the oven!
Bake for 20 minutes and remove to flip the slices over. When you're done bake it for another 20 minutes.
- 1.0 Large russet potato
- 2.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 1.0Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1.0tsp Chili powder
- 0.0tsp Black pepper
