Bake Russian Tea Cakes

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 cup of Butter and 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract in a medium sized bowl until smooth.

Combine the 6 tablespoons of Confectioners Sugar and 2 cups of All Purpose Flour until blended and then stir it into the butter mixture.

Chop and stir in the Walnuts to the butter mixture.

Roll into 1 inch balls and space them 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake them for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.

Cool them on a cooling rack, then roll them in the remaining 1/3 a cup of Confectioners Sugar. Let them sit for about 10 minutes and roll them in the Sugar once more.
