Mix flour with spices, salt and baking powder. Add the butter in cubes and crumble with fingers

  • 50.0g Brown Sugar + more for the top
  • 2.0tsp Baking powder
  • 125.0g Butter
  • 150.0g Dried fruits 150 g soaked in orange juice
  • 1.0 Egg large
  • Vanilla 2 tsp or 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1tbsp in case the dough is dry
  • Oven 170C -20 mins
