How to bake pumpkin spice cupcakes

Just a nice sweet treat for thanksgiving or even a Christmas dinner

Mix together all ingredients except the frosting and then place in cup cake papers inside cupcake tin.  You will have enough mix leftover to do either a cake or 12 more cupcakes.  That's up to you!

Bake at 350 for 24 minutes.  I left my cake in there for an additional 8 minutes.  Take them out and let them cool for 10 minutes.

I used vanilla frosting but you can do cream cheese, chocolate, whatever floats your boat.  I loaded my frosting into my gadget I got and used a star tip to frost.

  • 1.0 Box vanilla cake mix
  • 1.0 Can pumpkin purée
  • 1/2c Water
  • 1/3c Canola oil
  • 3.0 Eggs
  • 1/2tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1.0 Creamy vanilla frosting
