Bake Oats Banana Muffin for Body Builders


Smash bananas in a different bowl

Mix all the other Ingredients in a different bowl

Add the banana to the mixture, and combine them well

Preheat the oven, 180 and bake it for 20 minutes

  • 2 mashed banana
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (by choice)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
