Before mixing the other ingredients, melt both the butter and Nutella and combine. Then whisk in the milk, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth consistency.

Spoon your batter into a greased muffin pan.  Fill each muffin mold 2/3's full.

In the meantime, prepare the Nutella glaze. With a fork, mix 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of Nutella (melted) and 1 tablespoon of hot water. Continue to add 1 tablespoon of hot water until

the glaze reaches the correct consistency for drizzling.
