Hey, so I was making some delicious pumpkin pies from a paleo recipe my mom showed me (http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-paleo-pie-crust/#axzz29Ktced1w) and I had some extra filling!

Once you've created a mix of the filling from the link on the previous step, you need to prepare your muffin tin. Muffin liners are adorable.

Cupcake liners!!

I don't want a crust on these, but I wanted something LIKE a crust, so I put a few graham crumbs in the bottom of each cup, like so.

Give it a shake to even out the crumbs.

Use a soup label to put the pie mix in each cup. Ps I added a bit of whole wheat flour and butter to the mix before doing this, so it's no longer paleo.

Delicious pecans sprinkled on top. I like to give people options, especially if there are allergies, so I left a few alone. I sprinkled a tinge of brown sugar on there too.

I was making pies beforehand, do they look good? :)

Baking them in the oven at 350 degrees for like half an hour. My plan is to poke them to see if they're hard.

Let cool for a short while

And too with whipped cream, ice cream, or cool whip. Enjoy!
If you like sweet desserts, you may want to add brown sugar. I found the graham crumbs didn't really end up being a useful crust. The muffin liners worked nicely! :)

I decided to add caramel on top, as I was making caramel popcorn anyways ;)
